Danish/Norwegian Christina Amundsen works in the field between fiction and documentary aiming to create a beautiful aesthetic and authenticity in her work. Her film “Nature’s Child” won Silver at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity ‘Young Director Award 2023, and her film ‘Isolation’ for Mothers Aid won gold in 2020 and ‘Togetherness’ for Red Cross was nominated for Cannes Young Director Award in 2021. ‘Isolation’ also won a 1. 4 Award 2021 and was nominated for CICLOPE Festival, Epica Awards, Berlin Commercial Award, the TRUE award and Creative Circle.
Christina started her career by being nominated for New Narrative Directors at CPH PIX two years in a row. In 2015 and 2016, she cemented her ability to bridge the gap between documentary and fiction when she was nominated for the Cph Dox Talent Award in both years.
